Registration deadlines

64 km race - Saturday, May 31 at 11:59 pm through online registration.

13 km family, youth and adult races - Saturday, May 31 at 11:59 pm through online registration.

Registration Fees ($8 will be added to fees to cover insurance. Refunded at race start if an OMCKRA member)

December 23 - April 30
64km race - $90 per paddler
13km race - $50 per adult, 17 & under $35

April 30 - May 31
64km race - $105 per paddler
13km race - $60 per adult, 17 & under $45

Dinner & Banquet Tickets (Dinner not included in registration)

Adult - $50
Children under 14 - $30

Important information is contained in the Participant Guide that ALL participants must review. Available April 30, 2025.

Virtual Mandatory Safety briefing for all paddlers (only one member per team must attend) on June 12, 2025.  If you don't attend, you will not be considered a registered paddler.

Early Bird Registration

Early bird registration closes April 30th at 11:59pm.  

Refunds

If request for refund received by April 30, a $25 administration fee will be deducted from refund.

If request for refund received between April 30 and May 31, 50% of fees paid will be refunded.

If request for refund after May 31, no refund issued.

Please note:  As the race will be held in early spring PFD's  (the label must state that the PFD has been approved by Transport Canada, the Canadian Coast Guard, Fisheries and Oceans Canada or any combination thereof) will be mandatory to wear throughout the race.
